Yoga/Meditation in India

People say that breathing patterns helpsĀ  them relax and be calm. Yoga and meditation was first started in India with the goal of achieving a spiritual connection with a higher power. In the United States yoga classes often have fitness components. Yoga helps the stress in your body go away. So in India many people go and meditate and relax. And now the United States have classes and parks where you can take yoga lessons and meditation lessons.
